Happy Mirror Time Monday!

For me, This is where the true magic begins 🌙 When I can have down to earth, authentic conversations with myself, in the mirror, and do it in a space of love. It is a time to Recognize, Release & Renew the body, mind and soul! As my very own advocate, my best friend and me, I celebrated with a Sweet Bee Honey scrub on my face. I even tried it on my teeth! It feels and tastes so good on my skin! I enjoyed the company of beautiful crystals and Hawaiian music and I honored myself for the release of negative memories and attachments that I was subconsciously still holding onto that was still in my physical space. I celebrated by acknowledging that I am worthy of living a life with gratitude for my many blessings. I celebrated by honoring the new seeds that were planted through gardening, visualizing, creating and putting in the work. I am worthy, I am strong and I am capable of great things and I am enough I love you ~ If we don’t begin by honoring ourselves and loving ourselves, we wont attract that from anyone or anything in our lives. I have learned this the hard way, by going through this in my life. I now honor myself more everyday and my heart is open to healthy and balanced relationships.
